2018 The Workout Recap

On July 15th 2018, the first annual SMG The Workout took place in Jacksonville, FL. 30 young athletes came out to participate and workout with our Owner/Professional Basketball Player Will Cummings and Skills Coach Tommy Hulihan. The participants were put through various skills development drills and played live competition drills at the end of the workout to showcase what they had learned.

2019 The Workout Recap

On June 30th, 2019, the second annual SMG The Workout took place in Jacksonville, FL. The workout had a great turn out with 30 kids again. At the end of the workout Will Cummings and Professional Basketball Player Peyton Siva spoke to the kids at the camp and provided them with some insight on what it takes to be great.

2020 The Workout Recap

On June 28th, 2020, the third annual SMG The Workout took place in Jacksonville, FL The workout was limited due to the pandemic outbreak and only a max of 10 kids were allowed. The participants were able to go through a more detailed workout than the previous years. They showed up and got better.

2021 The Workout Recap

On August 1st, 2021, the fourth annual SMG The Workout took place in Jacksonville, FL. The workout had a great turn out with 17 kids showing up to get better. Will Cummings, Juwan Brown, & Tommy Hulihan instructed the group on different skills and drills that can help elevate their games. Everybody had a blast!

2022 The Workout Recap

On July 31st, 2022, the fifth annual SMG The Workout took place in Jacksonville, FL. 25 kids showed up to get better with Will Cummings & Tommy Hulihan. Will instructed the group on different game like finishes and moves that can help them develop their games. Each participant worked hard the whole time and most importantly had a great time as well!

2023 The Workout Recap

On July 30th, 2023, the sixth annual SMG The Workout took place in Jacksonville, FL. 20 kids showed up to get better with Will Cummings & Milon Sheffield. The group was put through drills used by Milon during training sessions with Will.  The idea was to give them real pro drills that are used. The participants competed during competition drills and had a blast!
